Because Bari & Vali is still just a small operation, there are occasions where we become overwhelmed with orders and promised dates get pushed back unprecedently. There will be items we run out of and are forced to restock, which could be the cause of some delay. In these cases, we do our best to contact the customer to let them know. If you have not been looked after, this does not mean we are ignoring you. Do keep in mind, things can get overlooked when dealing with hundreds of orders on a regular basis. If the package you are waiting for does not arrive within the estimated arrival dates, provide us with your full name (name on the order) or even the order # and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.
All orders are sent out 3-10 business days after purchase is made. Orders made on Friday (mt) are more likely to be sent out the following business day (Monday). Arrival of item is dependent on when the purchase was made, usual turn around time for online orders are roughly between 1-2 weeks.
